The MODE2020 report aims to recognise the business and brand strategy of the 100 Spanish fashion firms with the greatest projection for the new decade. They do so by identifying the most cutting-edge companies in 15 textile and accessories sectors that are setting an example for the whole industry.
The list includes both veteran and new firms that have an outstanding competitive advantage to grow in the coming years according to the evolution of the market. The report also reviews the history and main trends of each sector with introductory articles in each of the chapters:
Women, Men, Children, Footwear, Sportswear, Leather Goods, Jewellery, Costume Jewellery, Lingerie, Bathroom, Perfumery, Optician, Reatil and Ecomm.
Seven criteria have been used to evaluate the potential of each of the brands: business model and strategy, positioning and competitive advantage, differentiation and innovation, commercial development and internationalization, brand management, communication and commitment and interaction with the consumer.
